Full Professor of Geography and Management of the Territory. Founder of the Laboratory for the "Internal Areas" (LAI). He has published over 80 essays on geographical, environmental and territorial issues.

BSc in Statistical Sciences. Master's degree in Operative Research. Admitted to the 2nd year of the “Industrial and Management Engineering” PhD. Specialised in design and management of research centers and ICT experimental development, Liaison Officer. Accredited as Innovation Manager at MISE and Expert Evaluator in the MIUR register.
